Solution Focused Hypnotherapy combines Hypnotherapy with elements of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)  and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). 

It uses the latest neuroscience to help you understand how your mind works and how we can help you to move forward. 

I offer face to face sessions in my therapy room at my home, 78 Burford Way in Hitchin. It is a comfortable, private and relaxing environment.

I am now offering online sessions through zoom which may be a benefit if you are unable to get to my therapy room. I am pleased to say these are proving to be just as effective as my face to face sessions.
